MudRatz Inc. is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3 organization. We value the privacy of our sailors, parents, and donors, and we are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

• Sailor age and experience for team placement.
• Signed liability waivers and medical forms.
• Payment information processed securely via PayPal or Venmo. We never see or store your card number.
• Vessel and contact details submitted through our boat donation form.

How We Use Your Data

• Processing annual memberships and donations.
• Coordinating team practices and travel opportunities.
• Sharing news and updates via our @ratzracing social channels and email.
• Ensuring safety through signed documentation and coach evaluations.
• Evaluating and administering donated vessels.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners required for program operations, such as:

• PayPal: for secure subscription and donation processing.
• Venmo: for donations and dues paid by Venmo.
• Cloudflare: our website, registration form and sailor records are hosted on Cloudflare in the United States.
• US Sailing & BoatUS: to verify memberships for team discounts.
• Our email provider: to deliver form submissions to the coaches.

Children's Privacy

Our programs serve sailors under 18. Registration and waiver information is submitted by a parent or guardian, and we collect only what is needed to place a sailor on a team and keep them safe on the water.
